History
In 2006, according to the needs of the Department of Health, Industry and the Society of Physicians, the managers of the Department of Neurology, Faculty of Medicine, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, succeeded in establishing the Neurosciences Research Center, and on Dec 19, 2011, received a final agreement.
Missions
- Clinical needs assessment and neuroscience research prioritization
- Creating the groundwork for the activity and development of the research ability of those interested in neuroscience
- Utilizing the knowledge and power of elites in national and international neuroscience research
- Directing neuroscience research to produce knowledge, and indigenous knowledge-based technologies and services
